Terms & Conditions for SupplementMD

Welcome to SupplementMD. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SupplementMD mobile application, website, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

The Service is operated by SupplementMD. If you have any questions about these Terms, contact us at Support@supplementmd.com.

2. Not medical advice

SupplementMD is an informational and educational tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for the professional judgment of a qualified healthcare provider. The supplement plans, recommendations, dosages, interaction warnings, and other information the Service generates are based on the information you provide and on general reference data. They are not personalized medical recommendations.

• Always consult a qualified physician or pharmacist before you start, stop, or change any supplement, medication, or health regimen — especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication.
• Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read or received through the Service.
• If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.
• Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are generally not evaluated by regulatory authorities in the same way as prescription medicines.

Individual results vary. We do not guarantee any particular health outcome from using the Service or from taking any supplement it references.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Your account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may sign in using email or a supported third-party provider such as Google or Apple; your use of those providers is also subject to their own terms.

5. Health information you provide

To build a plan, the Service asks you to share health-related information such as your goals, conditions, medications, allergies, and measurements. You choose what to share, and the Service uses this information to tailor its output. How we collect, use, and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which you should read carefully and which forms part of your agreement with us.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• rely on the Service as a substitute for professional medical care;
• attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service, its security, or other users' data;
• copy, scrape, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our written permission;
• submit information you do not have the right to share, or impersonate any person or entity.

7. Third-party products and links

The Service may reference supplements, brands, products, articles, or websites operated by third parties. These references are provided for information only and are not endorsements. We do not sell supplements, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of third-party products, or for your dealings with any third-party seller. Any purchase you make from a third party is solely between you and that seller.

8. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, text, and other content we provide — is owned by SupplementMD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Subscriptions and payments

Some features may be offered on a paid or subscription basis. Where they are, the applicable price, billing period, and renewal terms will be shown to you before you purchase, and any purchase made through an app store is also subject to that store's terms. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any information it provides is complete or current.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupplementMD and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of health, profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any decision you make about supplements, medications, or your health based on the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SupplementMD and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as the disclaimers, limitation of liability, and intellectual-property terms — will survive.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which SupplementMD operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
